Psycho Yoga Instructor could be a stroke of genius or another goofy crim film made by Lifetime. As TV films on the network tend to be, this movie also has an over the top name and concept but it just makes for some entertaining viewing.
This flick makes for a good guilty pleasure viewing. The whole movie revolves around the life of a married woman who tries to save her marriage as her teacher becomes insanely sessed with her.
