She did not say nose job. So, in that case, I want to assume that it was some sort of a medical situation that was obstructing her breathing. The dedication to making a video and edit it after having surgery is quite commendable and that’s why her fans love it.
But considering the updates she gave to her fans, and her captions saying “surgery” instead of nose job means that she did not have a nose job. She did have surgery on her nose and it’s apparently for a medical situation rather than for enhancing her beauty.

As Charli herself mentioned on this tweet, Yes! She broke her nose accidentally. Duh! Noone breaks their own nose just for fun unless they are psychotic and Charli is most likely not a psychotic person.
But whatever had happened, she broke her nose and that caused breathing problems in her right nostril. Charli was scheduled to have an operation in November but that got shifted a couple of months forward in July when she started having problems breathing through her left nostril as well.
She broke her nose and that caused a problematic situation because she couldn’t breathe. That is why she did the surgery and as far as we know right now, it wasn’t for any cosmetic purposes.
Charli had gone live on Instagram where she discussed the problems she was having because of her broken nose and how she was going to have surgery.
Charli also talked with James Charles on this video and she is seen irritated because she was having a hard time breathing on this video. So, this definitely confirms that she had a broken nose and had to go do that surgery and fix her breathing.
