Unfortunately, Sir Eddie Kulukundis is no more with us. He met his demise at the age of 88. It took a few days for the news to circulate as no one would give any comments on him. However, the news, sadly, is true.

His wife, Susan Hampshire is also a well-reputed British actress. She is known for her many television and film roles, especially during the 60s and 70s. As a result, the actress has won the Emmy on three different occasions. 

Prior to her marriage with Kulukundis, she had two children with her ex-husband. However, Susan doesn’t share any children with Sir Eddie.

The actress is currently based in London, United Kingdom. 

Susan Hampshire was with her husband until the end of his time. It was her who confirmed that the businessman was having health problems in 2019. Hence, she was beside him helping him in any way possible. 

Moreover, the actress is currently 83 years old. She made a lot of fame from her roles in “The Forsyte Saga”, “The First Churchills”, and “Vanity Fair.” Susan won the Emmy for every one of those roles. 

Sir Eddie Kulukundis gently passed away at home on 17th of February.
He did so much for athletes and coaches from the 1960’s all the way through till the early 2000’s.
He was kind and generous, with a mischievous sense of humour.

Eddie Kulukundis: How did he die?

Often known as the “godfather of Athletics”, Eddie Kulukundis has died at the age of 88. 

As for the cause of his death, it is still uncertain to pinpoint the exact cause. The track sponsor was suffering from dementia for a long time though.
