Jill Marie Jones is one of the most attractive American actresses and former professional dancers and cheerleaders. She is best known for her role in the United Paramount Network comedy series, Girlfriends (TV series, 2000–2006). She has appeared in several films and had the recurring role of Cynthia Irving on the Fox supernatural series, Sleepy Hollow (TV series, 2013-2017).

Career

From 2015 to 2016, she starred as Amanda Fisher in the Starz horror-comedy series, Ash vs Evil Dead (TV series). She studied at Duncanville High School and Texas Woman’s University. She was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader for two years, a Dallas Mavericks Dancer for one year.

Jones also toured with the United Service Organization and United States Department of Defense to Korea, Japan, Israel, and Egypt. She has also performed on the live television broadcast Monday Night Football and The Miss Texas Pageant. She started her career as a model, before moving to Los Angeles to continue acting full time.

Jones made her screen debut in 2000, on the Saturday morning television sitcom City Guys (1997-2001). Later that year, she won the co-leading role alongside Tracee Ellis Ross, Golden Brooks, and Persia White on the comedy series Girlfriends (TV series, 2000-2008). In May 2006, reportedly Jones left the series Girlfriends because her contract ended.

After leaving the series Girlfriends, she began starring in films and appeared in The Perfect Holiday (2007). Also in 2007, she filmed Major Movie Star (2008) with Jessica Simpson. At the end of 2008, she appeared in the Ne-Yo video for She Got Her Own, which is a remix to his top single “Miss Independent”.
