It was first released on May 27, 2020, and quickly got viewers’ attention. The show has 8 houses under which contestants are divided and it’s a part team game and a part individual game as well.

The winner of the first season was the house of Balmain- one of the eight houses of the show. The cast, judges, and the competitive nature of the show make it an extremely binge-worthy reality show on the television right now. And, if you are a fan of RuPaul’s drag race or Queer Eye, you are definitely going to like this show because of all the LGBTQ content you can devour.

Legendary New Season: Is It Renewed Or Cancelled?

The season 2 of Legendary is coming to the HBO Max as it was renewed in July 2020. Fans loved the show and embraced it with much passion and they were absolutely going to be furious if this wasn’t renewed. But HBO is smart and they did what had to be done.

Legendary Season 2: Release Date

So far, the release date of the second season of Legendary has not been disclosed. All we know is that the new season is going to be even bigger and set in Los Angeles which is a big change from Stamford, Connecticut. This is going to be lots of fun in the new season.

Legendary Season 2: Host And Judges

Legendary Season 2 is going to have the same host and judges as in season 1. All of them were really loved by the fans. The show is going to be hosted by Dashaun Wesley, who is considered as a ballroom legend. Dashaun has hosted a lot of ballroom events and this by far is the biggest moment in his career- to be hosting an HBO show.

The four judges of the show are all very aware of the voguing and ballroom culture and it’s so nice to see the judges being really passionate and understand what the show is about.

Jameela Jamil- the actress of the popular TV show The Good Place is one of the judges of the show and she found herself in a little controversy but it was all just a misunderstanding. On a statement released by HBO, it was said that Jamil was going to be the emcee of the show. Now, emcee of the ballroom events are reserved for the black or brown veterans of the LGBTQ personality and that’s like an unsaid rule.

People fired back but HBO, later on, said that it was just an error and Jamil is actually one of the judges of the show.

Another judge of the show is the popular and talented rapper- Megan Thee Stallion who has 12.8 million fans on her Instagram account. She has always credited the ballroom culture for inspiring her and given her ideas in terms of creativity but also living.

Law Roach is another judge of the series. He is a celebrity stylist and an emerging figure in fashion and very suitable as the judge of the show.

Last but not the least, Leiomy Maldonaldo is the fourth judge of the show who is also called as the WonderWoman of voguing.

Legendary Season 2: Cast

The cast for the second season of Legendary has not been revealed yet and any trailers haven’t dropped but judged from the previous season, I am sure it’s going to be awesome.
