The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga is perhaps one of the most popular reality Tv stars in the world. Similarly, her sisters Lysa Marco-Simpson and Kim Marco Pirrella, are also becoming stars in their own right after their sister rejoined on the show.

Who Are Melissa Gorga’s Sisters?

Gorga has two sisters, Lysa Marco-Simpson and Kim Marco Pirrella. The RHONJ star also said that she had a third sister. As per BravoTV, she tried to contact her 3rd and previously unknown, sister. 

Lysa and Kim were interviewed by BravoTV and the sisters shared their experience in the interview. 

In 2013, her sisters defended the reality TV star in 2013 after Bravo TV repeatedly ‘targeted’ her. At the time, the network was going to air cheating rumors about her. 

However, Lysa and Kim came to her defense quickly telling the network and other “haters”. Kim also Tweeted out telling fans if the network wanted to get to their sister, they would have to go through her. 

Kim describes herself as a beautician, mom, wife, actress, sister, and daughter. 

According to some sources, Kim wanted to be a singer. The same source said that she sang much better than Melissa. 

Kim has been married for more than 29 years although she has not revealed her husband’s name. 

Similarly, Lysa also defended her star sister publicly and Tweeted out, daring Bravo to keep coming at her sibling. The storyline dealt with Melissa trying to leave Joe for a richer man. 

Simpson, on the other hand, is an outspoken star who has gotten in trouble for her Tweets. According to her social media accounts, she works at Toms River Regional School.

Who Is Melissa Gorga?

Melissa Gorga aka Melissa Ann Marco was born on March 21, 1979, in Toms River, New Jersey, U.S. She is a star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. 

She, like her older sister Kim, wanted to be a singer originally and even released a track on Itunes in 2011. Since then, she has released multiple over the song. In her more recent effort, Work Done | Fiber One was released in 2019 which featured Melissa Gorga, Porsha Williams, and Sonja Morgan.

The star is married to Giuseppe “Joe” Gorga. She and her husband have appeared numerous times on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.  They tied the knot in 2004 and have been together ever since. 

Both of them said that they hated the husband of Joe’s sister and fellow RHONJ cast member Teresa Giudice.

Together they have children Antonia, Gino, and Joey. She joined the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. She has since become a regular member of the cast on the show. 

Similarly, she also joined the show Watch What Happens Live for 13 episodes. Melissa worked on the show from 2012 to 2018.

On-screen, she has only worked on reality TV shows and has not played characters on more traditionally scripted shows. 

In addition to this, she also has her own jewelry line. She started this line on HSN in 2014. The controversy did not leave her there as her jewelry shop was temporarily closed due to a dispute.

The pair also had a restaurant that they opened in East Hanover, New Jersey but had to close it for expansion.
