‘A.P Bio’ was canceled by NBC Universal Streaming after just two seasons, but Peacock came to the rescue and is bringing back its third season this September.

Do you guys remember the fun professor Jack Carson Griffin played by Glenn Howerton? Imagine how fun high school would be if all the professors would be such chill and couldn’t care less with all those high school rules. Well, in reality, it’s not possible because school is for educational purposes and discipline.

However, that doesn’t mean we cannot enjoy the fictional High School comedy series. And this cult series, A.P. Bio, created by Michael Patrick O’Brien is a whole another level of comedy.

When NBC canceled the series after two seasons, fans fought to bring it back. So now we are all excited that ‘Peacock’ is bringing us the next season of A.P. bio. Here is everything you need to know about the third season of this hilarious and awfully educational American comedy series ‘A.P Bio’.

A.P Bio Season 3 Release date

The third season of ‘A.P Bio’ is announced to be released on Thursday, 3rd September 2020 exclusively on Peacock TV. The season consists of eight episodes and all the episodes would be released on the same day. So, get ready to binge-watch.

A.P Bio Season 3 Plot Explained

A.P Bio is about a disgraced Harvard professor named Jack Carson griffin who was forced to come back to his hometown Ohio because of his rival stealing his dream career and dignity.

Being frustrated, Jack is now working as a professor of Advanced Placement Biology at Whitlock High School, Ohio but he is not at all interested in teaching students any of the biology contents.

His students are allowed to do many of the things that are otherwise restricted, and Jack uses these honor roll students to take revenge with his rival. At the end of the second season, Jack used his loyal students to find out how the people of Toledo find happiness in their daily routine for writing the best selling book. He also gets in serious trouble when the school secretary leaves her position and becomes the student in that class to know what’s really happening.

While the official synopsis of A.P Bio season 3 is not released yet, judging from the trailer, we can expect that the plot of the series continues from the previous seasons and we can also see professor Jack is being actually concerned for the well being of his students.

Just like the previous seasons, the main cast member of the series is obviously Glenn Howerton. All the major cast members of the season 3 of A.P Bio on Peacock are mentioned below:

Glenn Howerton as Jack Griffin

Glenn Howerton is playing the lead role of the professor Jack Griffin. Glenn is a 44 years old American actor and director. He is best known for his role as Dennis in ‘It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia’.

He is also popular for his roles in ‘Two Weeks’, ‘Must Love Dogs’, ‘The Strangers’, ‘Crank’, and ‘Serenity’. His most recent works include ‘Archenemy’ which is going to be released in 2021. 

Patton Oswalt as Principal Ralph Durbin

Patton Oswalt is a popular American comedian who is playing the role of the High School Principal Ralph Durbin in A.P Bio.

Patton is also known popularly for his comedy series like ‘Patton Oswalt: My Weakness is Strong’, ‘Finest Hour’ , and many more. His movie roles were in ‘Young Adult’, ‘Seeking a Friend for the end of the world’, and ‘The Secret Like of Walter Mitty’. His latest work was in the movie ‘Mapleworth murders’ which is still in post-production currently.
