Rust Valley Restorers is a show for any classic car buff, the show is a documentary-style series cased no restoring the unique cars found in Tappen, British Columbia, or Rust Valley as it is known because of the endless liens of abandoned cars lined all across the city.
The show has become a favorite for car enthusiasts and historians. Like the format for various other shows like American Restoration, Pawn Stars, Restored, etc.
As you may have already guessed the show airs on history but was made by Mayhem for the network. With the 3rd season released in 2020, here’s all you need to know,
Rust Valley Restorers Season 3 Release Date
The show will be releasing on August 21st, 2020, and will be available to stream on Netflix. Before this, the second season was released on November 21, 2019.

Michael Hall Aka Mike Hall
Hall is a car expert and rock scaler, he is one of the most experienced restorers on the crew. Although he has not revealed his birthday, he is 63 years old of 2020 as per this source.
He has been in the car restoration business for more than 40 years and in that time has created a collection of more than 300 old rusty cars in Rust Valley.
Mike lives in Tappen and has 26 acres of land there where he parks his 300 cars.
He was born in the late 1950s in Saint Boniface, Manitoba, and moved to Kamloops as a kid. As of 2020, he is married and has a kid named Connor Hall.
Avery Shoaf
He is Mike’s buddy and has a keen interest in making old cars into new smooth machines. He had a company that dealt with rebuilding and restoring heavy equipment.
Shoaf has since moved his focus to restore cars and used the resources from his former company to help repair the old cars. In addition to this, he has mad engineering skills and can fix just about any car no matter how far gone.
His duo with Mike is the core of their whole operation and without Avery restoration wouldn’t be possible.
Cassidy Mceown
Cassidy is a 20-year-old car enthusiast and is a welcome member of the restoration family. She is the only female cast member and has a lot of confidence and bravado in her work.
She is also incredibly popular as fans swoon over her. As a matter of fact, her Instagram bio has more than 34.5k followers. According to her own recollections, she has been interested in cars from a very young age, and working with them is one of her dreams.
Connor Charman-Hall
Connor is Mark’s son and Avery’s Disciple. He is an enthusiastic learner on the show and has taken quite a bit of knowledge from his father.
On the other hand, he gets all of his business know-how and engineering acumen from Avery. They are both father figures or him and they prevent him from making disastrous decisions.
Premise
The show is all about fixing abandoned old cars that Rust Valley is famous for. Most of the cast live in Tappen which is famous for its acres of old cars.
It is amazing to see them fix a car that has been lying unattended in a plot of land for over 50 years and turn it into a smooth-running machine.
Additionally, the journey of the cast and their growth is also part of the show. Connor, Mike’s son, trying to learn the ropes of the business is also a highlight of the show.
Will There Be A Rust Valley Restorers Season 4? Renewed or Cancelled?
As of August 2020, there has been no official confirmation about the 4th season of Rust Valley Restorers but they might renew it due to the popularity of the show.
