Selling the Big Easy is Brittany Picolo-Ramos’ show that brings a punch of excitement and eccentricity that has long been missing from reality TV shows that sell houses.

Prior to this, she was worked in food and would wait for tables at restaurants. She became a real-estate agent after a decision left her almost bankrupt. She and her husband bought a house and got swindled, indeed, she lost a lot of money that increased her financial woes.
She decided that she would not let other couples face the same thing and became a real estate agent. In the first year in her firm, she used her experience as a salesperson from her prior jobs and Britanny outsold all of the other agents. To add to this, she was given a group of 500 people to work under her.
While she started working in the real-estate business in 2013, her own firm was started in 2019. Her firm is named Godwyn & Stone Real Estate that she started with her husband. The company consists of agents who have worked closely with Britanny since 2015.
Plot And Premise
The show documents how Britanny procures houses and because of her experiences when she bought her house with her husband, she helps the families she meets, get the houses they want at the right price.
In addition to this, she also helps some clients sell their houses for the best price they can get. While showing houses, she is sure to tell them about the history and appeal of the house.
She operates mostly in Crescent City and is as smooth as butter when it comes to buying and selling houses. So much so that she also leaves her clients with an earful of facts about the pleasantness of the city.
The New Orleans agent keeps entertaining her clients as well as her fans by bringing a lot of enthusiasm while selling the historic properties in the area.
Britanny keeps true to the title of the show as she does everything related to the real estate market with a lot of ease. She tries to bring an approachable and effervescent style to the selling and buying of houses.
One of the episodes shows her help a family that wants to find an open-spaced house for their growing family. They want to move outside the city limits but still want to be close enough for school and other facilities.
The real-estate mogul and her team use their prowess in the market to secure a house on a small budget.
One of the other interesting episodes sees her deal with a family that wants to renovate their midcentury home.
