Weste Erickson from Terror in The Woods passed away on Jan 23, 2017.

He was an IT specialist working at the Tahoma Middle School. Apparently, Weste was appreciated by everyone, including staff and students, for his kind nature.

Sadly, Weste Erickson died just the age of 34 years old.

The events surrounding Weste Erickson’s death were featured on the hit reality show Terror In The Woods. The Travel Channel miniseries captures paranormal activities experienced by real people. 

Therefore, there is a lot of mystery surrounding Erickson’s demise.

The real reason how Weste Erickson died is still very vague.

His eulogy mentions that Weste took his last breath at his home in Auburn. Likewise, his funeral ceremony was held in Maple Valley on January 28, 2021.

However, Weste Erickson’s obituary doesn’t mention his cause of death.

There are even online discussions dedicated to solving the case. However, there have been no further steps up to 2021.  

The Cady Cremation Services in Kent made the final ceremony arrangements. Similarly, relatives were even planning to establish a memorial in the West End Youth and Community Club Piano Fund or Tahoma Middle School.

The late man was born in Sekiu, Washington, where his parents ran the Pysht Pottery business. Similarly, he later moved to Arizona and back to Port Angeles.

Weste Erickson is survived by his family, including his parents Karen and Ron Erickson.

He also lives in loving memory of his stepfather Scott Nangle. Furthermore, he was a loving brother to his three siblings (Lincoln, Thomas, and Emma).

Erickson had many friends from Bellingham to Bellevue. In addition, he was involved with the Public School Employees Union.

Friends and family described him as an “inquisitive person.” A descendant of Jamestown S’Klallam, Weste loved camping and hiking.
