Help The Bear, Tiktok’s latest trend has accumulated millions of views over the course of a few weeks. The trend which started after a freestyle rap has become one of the number one trends on the platform as of late.
After popping onto the screens of numerous TikTok users via their favorite creators, Help The Bear (Help da Bear) is becoming a fan favorite on TikTok.
What Is The Help The Bear Tiktok Trend?
This new trend is a video style that uses a freestyle rap by Mystikal on the radio show “Hip Hop Nation”.
Creators on the platforms are using the track to make videos of themselves in situations where they project power. Some have also used the track to make funny TikToks using the track on videos where they open a jar by themselves or kill a bug.
On the track, he raps about how if he fought a bear, the people watching should help the bear and not him. He tell via his bars, how incredibly strong he feels

The Origin Of Help The Bear On TikTok
Mystikal originally laid the bars down more than 8 years ago on a radio show in 2012. At the time, TikTok did not exist. Then on June 22, 2020, creator @Mauricestovall released a video with the track and the caption:
“Girls when they survive their period.”
The video has gathered over 2.4 million views and more than 440,000 likes as of July 5, 2020.

Evaespirito literally put an animated bear in her video as she punches the CGI bear, with the track playing in the background. Her video has gathered over 41.7k likes.
What Do The Lyrics Mean?
Mystikal dropped the freestyle rap on a radio show in 2012 and it was immortalized on YouTube. The lyrics of the original rap are:

With the first line, Mystikal tells how he can make people acknowledge him. Then, he says that he is as cold as a lion that has no hair, he is cold-hearted and powerful at the same time.
After this, the most famous line of the whole rap, which goes if people see him fighting a grizzly bear in the middle of the forest, they should help the bear. This line is a statement that personifies power and confidence.
Lastly, the bar ends with a line that says the bear is gonna need the help further adding to the previous line’s impact and power.
