Stephen Norley was a neighbor of Iranian refugee Bijan Ebrahimi in Bristol.
Stephen was 24 years old when he along with another neighbor Lee James attacked Bijan Ebrahimi in 2013. Bijan Ebrahimi was said to have a repeated threat and racial abuse from his neighbors continuously for seven years.

What Happened Between Them
Single man Bijan who was disabled due to his back problems was rehoused following accusations that he was a pedophile after residents at his former home organized a petition.
Council chief simply shifted him a few miles up the road where the same vicious rumors and wild accusations followed to his new home in Capgrave Crescent on south Bristol.
He captured the video of Lee James drinking beer and playing with his daughter. Lee James burst into his flat and threatened him.
Lee James was recorded by Bijan where he can be seen threatening to “f***k him up.
The Incident was followed by the unfortunate incident where Bijan was beaten brutally by Stephen Norley and Lee James and was killed.
After he died he was dragged outside the house and was burnt by both of them
Lee James killed him by stomping at once and burnt him. His body was still burning when emergency service reached there.

Stephen Norley was jailed for four years whereas Lee James was jailed for life.
Stephen Norley is now out of the jail and is living his new life alongside his family.
