The UConn police have arrested Kristopher following his misconduct.

After the arrest warrant, he was taken to custody on Thursday, April 28, 2021.

The suspect identification procedure was made through the video surveillance obtained from the area.

Moreover, a second Swastika symbol was discovered nearby the Austin building and stairway near Kristopher’s room.

After tracing all this graffitis, the officers were able to identify Pieper, who first declined of his mischief.

Pieper is charged with intimidation based on bigotry or bias in the third degree and criminal mischief.

Further investigation is carried out into Storrs campus this year following a similar category.
