- Take three footsteps back.
- Now grab and pull the chair and keep it exactly in front of you.
- Bend over the chair, making a 90-degree angle with your body.
- Now, place your head on the wall and pull the chair up to your chest.
- Finally, you have to stand up without moving your feet.
