The Barcelona star did mention the name of his newborn daughter and guess what? He named her Elisabet Gianna Gasol. The middle name, Gianna is a tribute to the daughter of Kobe Bryant, Gianna. Gasol and Bryant played together for the Lakers. It was an emotional gesture from the Lakers star to name his daughter after Gianna. Kobe and his daughter, Gianna died in a helicopter crash on January 26, 2020.
