Delorme states this will be an initiation towards the reconciliation process. Likewise, Canada also ensured to invest $38.75 million for the First Nation.

Delorme graduated from the First Nations University of Canada. He pursued his undergrad degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, and Gaming Entertainment Management.
Moreover, the chief also holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy.
In 2012, Cadmus even became a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.

Cadmus is married to his wife, Kimberly. Similarly, he is the father of a daughter and son along with his spouse. The whole family resides in Cowessess First Nation together.
Apart from this, Delorme is also a golfer. As a fact, he is the winner of the 2011 Saskatchewan Mid-Amateur men’s golf championship.
