Plot Explained
Latte and The Magic Waterstone follows the story of a hedgehog, Latte. With the Waterstone of her village stolen by a bear, the source of water drys up. As a result, creatures living in the forest start facing the trouble of survival as they lose access to water.
Seeing this, Latte, the protagonist of the movie, makes it her job to find the bear who stole the Waterstone. So, the plot seems quite adventurous and also looks promising enough to give the viewers a good time.
In this movie, the hedgehog, Latte who has sworn to reclaim the magical Waterstone that was once theirs, is sent on her journey. But, her villagers send a squirrel, Tjum to accompany her on her quest. Even though they are not the best of friends, they are left with no other choice than to go together.
Despite Latte and Tjum starting on a bad note, they gradually start getting along with each other. And, as they form a solid team of two, they begin to realize the challenge that they undertook was greater than they had expected.
Much appreciated by the German audience, this movie has set high hopes amongst the Netflix viewers as well. So, let’s just wait and see how the audience likes it here.

This was one of my most favorite projects to work on, as I absolutely LOVE this story. It is heartfelt, and about friendship, and being there for one another.
