He has also been charged with Kidnapping and theft. Also, investigators anticipate more charges after the forensics results.
This 4y/o boy was found murdered on Saturday am on Saddlerige drive in the Mountain Creek Area in Dallas.
Mom identifies him as Cash Gernon. She says, “Cash was sleeping when he was kidnapped.”
Cash has a twin brother, who mom says, is in state custody now.

The boy who was found dead was shirtless and shoeless with multiple wounds. However, it is unclear if Brown knew the child.
The cause of the death has not been disclosed so far now, but police believed the suspect used an “edged weapon.”

Around 10 PM Saturday, police confirmed their inspection and kept Brown in custody. But, further details, such as the location of the suspect, were not immediately released.
In addition to that, he was booked into the Dallas County jail. The suspect was arrested in connection to the murder of a young boy in the middle of the street in Dallas.
