According to People, Sasha Calle is a Latina, which is enough for us to know that she is Hispanic. Although her ethnicity is Colombian-American, she was born in Boston, so her nationality is American.

Moving on to her parents’ origin, they are all from Colombia. Her parents had moved to Boston, Massachusetts, USA, from their native country, where they gave birth to Sasha.

Talking about Sasha’s family in detail, she was born to Samira Calle on August 7, 1995.

However, the information relating to her father remains undiscovered; she has not really spoken about her family life in front of the general public.

Coming from Colombian heritage, Sasha Calle has an amazing ascent which helped her gain the role of Supergirl in the upcoming DCEU movie The Flash.

There were almost 400 auditions, and the directors wanted someone from the USA but had Colombian or Argentinian heritage; surprisingly, there were no actors better than Calle.

From Sasha’s Instagram profile, we have found out that she has a brother named Jacob Calle.

She is quite proud to be his sister. Talking about their age gap, she is 25 years old, while Jacob looks like he is in his teens. 

Speaking more about her background, she had moved to Colombia when she was just 10 years old.

The real reason behind this is yet uncleared, but we know that she just stayed for two years there and immediately came back to the United States to attend high school.
