The witnesses reported seeing a man who had an infant baby girl tied to his fall from the Whispering Wall.
According to the 7news, the man was found dead, and the child was unresponsive when police arrived at the spot. Despite the efforts of the paramedic team, Kobi was pronounced dead at the scene.
